The
CBL is governed by the CBL Commissioner and a group of Board of
Directors, the 1st Round Draft Picks of each league, to ensure all CBL players receive fair and equal treatment
under the bylaws and game rules.
Here are some excerpts of the CBL Bylaws and Game Rules:
- Every CBL player has to play a minimum of 4 minutes per quarter
- Dunks are worth 3 points
- Teams can trade their players to other CBL teams
- Players can go through the CBL Draft process
- Players can create their own teams - Set Team Rosters
- Players must sign a Code of Conduct and Eligibility contract
- Player Agent Advocate to help you as a CBL Player
- CBL Semi-pro players must play at least one year in CBL adult league
